Privacy Statetment

 

WHAT DO I DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

I only use your details to communicate regarding photo appointments or orders. 

I do not share your details with anyone and I will not.  I value your privacy and treat your details as if they were my own.

If you contact me via phone, web, email or social media I will reply. I will only contact you to book appointments, respond to questions, provide you with your images and deal with orders.

 

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

Only the information that you send me, ie name, telephone, contact details etc.

 

WHO COLLECTS THE DATA?

I do. If you sign in to a client account or fill in a contact form, then a company called Zenfolio takes up the reigns.   Zenfolio are fully compliant and have their own cookie policy, user agreement and privacy policy (all of which are available online).  Zenfolio handles the storage of all my photos and also deals with online payments for me.  They are fully GDPR compliant.  

 

HOW IS DATA COLLECTED AND WHY?

Only when you contact me, via email, mobile, website and so on. I will not obtain your details from any other source (other than my website platform - as above - Zenfolio)

I will only collect what you provide me and respond in an appropriate way.  This, on the whole, is for client/photographer contact and for me to provide the service you are paying me for.

In a nutshell, if I don't have contact details I can't let you know your images are ready to view.

 

WHO DO I SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

Nobody. No one.  If you open a client account or you have a client gallery then Zenfolio is looking after this, their privacy policy is available.

 

CLIENT GALLERIES

All my client galleries are hosted by Zenfolio and once they have been removed, no data is stored by them.  The only other place data and photos are held is by myself on my hard drives. 

I will not share any images without consent on any other media platform. 

 

HOW LONG WILL I STORE DATA?

Data is stored for the time duration needed to assist you as a client. 

I do not store information for marketing purposes.
